1. Who these terms are between

[FOR REVIEW — contracting entity, registration number and address.] "Frasiey", "we" and "us" mean Warpspeed Technologies. "You" means the account holder and everyone you let use your account.

2. The service

Frasiey provides a helper application you install on your own computers, a hosted API and dashboard, public reader and display pages for your attendees, and machine translation of the captions those readers see. Speech recognition runs on your computer; everything else runs on ours.

3. Accounts and roles

You need an account to pair a device or run a room. The person who creates an account owns it and may invite others as admins, operators or viewers. You are responsible for who you invite and for what they do. Keep access to the email address you sign in with secure — anyone who can read that mailbox can sign in as you.

4. Your content

The captions, translations, transcripts, glossaries and meeting details your account produces are yours. We store and process them to provide the service, and for no other purpose: we do not use your caption content to train models, and we do not sell or share it. You can export transcripts and delete meetings at any time.

You are responsible for having the right to transcribe what is said in your rooms, including any notice or consent your venue, your jurisdiction or your participants require. 5. Acceptable use

• Do not use Frasiey to transcribe people who have not been told it is happening.
• Do not resell access, or run the service on behalf of third parties, without asking.
• Do not attempt to reach another account's meetings, rooms, devices or transcripts.
• Do not use the service for anything unlawful, or to harass anyone.

6. Accuracy — please read this one

Frasiey is automated speech recognition followed by machine translation. It makes mistakes. It mishears names, it punctuates oddly, it loses the thread when two people talk at once, and translation compounds every error before it. Captions are provided as a reading aid.

Do not rely on Frasiey where an error would matter: it is not a certified or verbatim transcription service, not a substitute for a human captioner or interpreter where one is legally required, and not a record for legal, medical, regulatory or safety purposes. 7. Plans, metering and payment

Plans and rates are those published on frasiey.com/pricing. You are billed for captioned hours only; translation, readers, seats, rooms, meetings and devices are free, in every language. Usage is metered continuously and reported for billing each hour. Subscriptions are monthly and renew until cancelled. Payment is handled by Stripe under Stripe's own terms.

A new account gets a free trial of three captioned hours. When the trial is exhausted, captioning stops until a plan is chosen; your data stays where it is. [FOR REVIEW — taxes, currency, refunds, failed-payment and dunning policy, and whether overage should be capped by default.]

8. Changes to the service and to these terms

We will keep improving the product, which sometimes means changing it. If we change prices or these terms materially we will tell account owners by email before it takes effect. [FOR REVIEW — notice period, and whether continued use constitutes acceptance.]

9. Availability

We aim for the service to be there when your meeting is. We do not currently offer a service level agreement, and captioning depends on things outside our control — your venue's network, your microphone, your laptop. 10. Ending it

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; the service runs to the end of the period you have paid for. You can delete your account, which deletes your meetings, rooms, devices and transcripts. [FOR REVIEW — deletion timescale, backup expiry, and our right to terminate.]

11. Warranties, liability and indemnity

[FOR REVIEW — the whole of this section.] Expected shape: the service is provided as is, without implied warranties, to the extent the law allows; neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss; our aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the preceding twelve months; you indemnify us for claims arising from content you transcribe without the right to do so. None of this is settled and none of it has been reviewed.
